RiverTown Cafe and Restaurant Kaiapoi
The RiverTown Cafe was established by the Kaiapoi Baptist Church in 1988.
The vision for this cafe was to create a community space and gathering place, that provides great coffee, food and exceptional customer service.
Which in turn allows us to invest back into Kaiapoi and surrounding communities.
With new owners taking over in August 2024 they want to up hold the same vision, and keep RiverTown cafe as a great community space and gathering space for Kaiapoi.
After 20 years experience as a chef, working in 5 Star hotels around the world its time to have my own business and share our experience with food.
Since coming to New Zealand Yousef has been working as head chef in successful company. Over the years I have made lots of friends, and I am happy to call New Zealand my home.
